İstanbul Çarşı places and unlock levels
In İstanbul Çarşı the Grand Bazaar, the Job Center and your shop are open from the start; the Bank unlocks at level 2, the Stock Exchange and Coffeehouse at level 5, the Real Estate Office at level 15, and the rest at their own levels.
Which place unlocks at which level?
This table follows the game's unlock rules as of November 7, 2026. The garage, the Car Market and Night Racing need more than a level.

Which districts can my shop be in?
You start with a stall in Eminönü and move to Kadıköy, Beşiktaş and Nişantaşı as your money grows. Beşiktaş and beyond need a license from the Job Center. See First shop.
Can I enter a locked place?
No. A locked place stays closed until you reach its level; tap it to see what it needs. A few safety nets, like the emergency merchant loan, sit outside this rule.
